Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Sun Nuclear (Mirion) events constitutes anagreement by the registrant to permit Mirion’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events. With regard to attendees from outside the United States, Mirion will take photos and videos at this event and use them for promotional purposes on Mirion’s website and social media accounts including Twitter and LinkedIn. Mirion Technologies, Inc. and some of its agents, contracts and service providers are based in the United States, a country with respect to which the European Commission has not issued an unlimited adequacy decision. The transfer of photos and videos to the United States is necessary because Mirion Technologies, Inc. is located in the United States and based on intercompany agreements that include the Standard Contractual Clauses, which are available upon request by contacting privacy@mirion.com. We will process photos and videos from our events on our website and social media accounts until the content is replaced by more recent content and then in our company records for archival purposes. Photos and videos taken at our events, but not used for promotional purposes following them, will be deleted as provided by the Mirion Data Retention Policy. Subject to any limitations under applicable law,residents of the European Economic Area have a right to request access to and rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
